How it all began…

Trishna and Jeff met at Berklee College of Music, and started initially as great friends supporting each other’s goals and visions as they embarked in college life on the east coast. Their bond was something that everyone could see was a powerful one, and they became college sweethearts and soulmates. Through all the obstacles and fun times that life threw their way, Trishna and Jeff remained strong life partners through it all and are now beginning the next chapter of their beautiful lives together in California.
Becoming “The Malicks”
Trishna and Jeff decided that once they were married, both partners would change their last name - against tradition and to speak on their beliefs of equality. Together and legally, they are now Ms. Trishna & Mr. Jeffrey Malick. The name Malick is a combination of their two maiden names (Helmick & Martineau), and can be translated in some languages to "one king together".
